Reservations can be made via our Online booking channels, Booking.com, Expedia and AirBnB
Generally 50% refundable deposit or prepayment is requested. However, there are few exceptions as Special conditions or Non refundable reservation. You will find the deposit or prepayment information in the room conditions.
All rates are Inclusive of Tax. For NGO’s that has TAX Exemption certificate. Kindly provide details with a letter addressed to the G.M Aveon Hotels with the attachment for it to be honored.
Our Hotel has a secured payment gateway that accepts cards like Visa, Mastercard, payment via PayPal and ETF (Electronic Transfers directly on our website. Our policy stipulates Non Check Payment except for corporate companies that are on vendor retainership list with the company (Hotel)

Cancellation policy is 24hrs prior to arrival date. same day cancellation may attract 20% from the room charge per night except where guest confirms that they would be staying in the future with an understanding that the monies paid may not be refunded.
