Room rates include 7.5% VAT and 10% service charge

Breakfast is included with FULL ROOM RATE ONLY

Any checkout time after 1:00pm to 4:00pm will attract half day extra payment

Any checkout after 4pm will be calculated as extra night

Please inform the front desk if you are to extend the length of your stay at least 24hrs before expiration of your reservation. Please note extension is subject to availability.

Refunds of cancellation
Cancellation, 48hrs after the reservation; Attracts 30% deduction
Cancellation on the same day before 12:00pm; *Refund half of the amount paid
Cancellation on the same day after 12:00pm; No refund

Pets are not allowed

A fine of N20,000 will be collected if smoking takes place inside the room.
